A new school take on an old school legend, a bootleggers gin fuelled twist on the original cocktail -the Old Fashioned. Made with the Prohibition’s famous Shiraz Barrel Aged Gin and stir it down with both classic and aged bitters, before lightly sweetening with sugar cane, walnut and wattle seed.

This delicious and intriguing beast is best enjoyed over ice and with a twist of orange peel.
