The name “INARI” refers to the god of rice cultivation in Japanese mythology, highlighting the importance of rice in the production of this whisky.

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky INARI is a unique whisky distilled from 100% Indica rice and mashed with a special koji found only in Okinawa called “black Koji”. The whisky is created by vatting the top quality Ryukyu whisky from hand-picked casks to achieve a harmonious balance of flavors and aromas. It is non chill-filtered and non-colored, making it a pure and authentic expression of its ingredients.

Nose – Apples, pears, tropical fruits, and hints of spices.

Palate – Delicate oaks, figs, nuts, and butterscotch.

Finish – Sweet and long finish, with pleasant fruity, herbal scent and woody texture.
