Soplica Lemon & Quince is a flavoured vodka liqueur that combines the zesty taste of lemon with the sweet and tart flavour of quince fruit.
It is a Polish liqueur made from high quality grain spirit, lemon extract, quince fruit and sugar. It is one of the many flavored variations of the Soplica brand of traditional Polish liqueurs, which has been produced for over a century.

Nose – Citrus and fruit with a hint of sweetness.

Palate – A delicate balance of tart lemon and sweet quince, and a slightly syrupy texture.

Serving suggestion – The liqueur is best served chilled or over ice as a digestif or aperitif. It is also a popular ingredient in a variety of cocktails, including the Lemon-Quince Martini or the Soplica Citrus Fizz.
