– 15 years old Agave Cupreata / Maguey Verde
– From Mochitlan, Guerrero, Mexico
– Triple distilled in copper pots

After the second distillation, fruits, spices and a fresh breast of lamb is added. The result is meaty, spicy, herbal and a finish balanced with silken flavours.

Nose – Spices, fresh herbs and a gentle meat finish. Truly balanced silken flavors.

Palate – Complex with fresh cut grass, lavender and clove aroma. Earthen flavors, floral and citric notes coat the palate long after each sip the gamey lamb continues.
