Made from 100% local sugar cane to a time-honoured tradition, then matured to perfection for a smooth and mellow flavour with hints of molasses and caramel. Bundaberg Rum has over 130 years’ experience crafting high quality Australian Rum.

Bundaberg Select Vat Rum contains hand selected old aged rum matured in American oak to deliver a rich, distinctive and dark character with hints of dried fruit.

Nose – Butterscotch and intense, deep oak with subtle aromas of caramelised banana and demerara sugar.

Palate – Intensely woody oak notes give way to softer fruit cake and golden syrup.

Finish – Smooth and light with a gentle woodiness that lingers long after the sweetness fades.
