McHenry Distillery was approached by Parliament House in Canberra to create a new world gin that captured the essence of Australia. The end result is Federation Gin, which combines the unique botanicals from each corner of this great brown land representing the flora from each State and Territory. This Federation Gin is Australia in a bottle.

This unique gin is inspired by the diverse antipodean flora. Kakadu Plum from the Northern Territory, Lemon Myrtle from Queensland, Strawberry Gum from New South Wales, Mountain Pepperleaf from the Australian Capital Territory, South Australian Wattle Seed, Cinnamon Myrtle from Victoria, Tasmanian Celery Top Pine, and Quandong from Western Australia.

This gin is a little cheeky, a bit like the land it represents, and is perfect for making a gin and tonic or Negroni.
