Shiraz Gin – Premium Barossa Shiraz grapes macerated in SRD’s internationally awarded House Gin are the hero here and the gentle ripening season in 2021 vintage has delivered vibrant, bright fresh fruit characters. 2021 vintage is fresh with memories of dark chocolate covered blueberries. A cracking vintage!! Best enjoyed on ice with a wedge of fresh lime. Otherwise try it as a mixer with soda or tonic.

House Gin – Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ ‘House Gin’ is a contemporary gin that balances fresh citrus on subtle juniper notes. Chamomile and locally grown Barossa lavender adds a delicate depth, while blue cornflowers provide a beautiful, bright sweetness. Serve with Long Rays Tonic and a slices of green apple or strawberries for a refreshing G&T or for a bit of spice, this gin is perfect in a Negroni.

Barossa Dry Gin – Seppeltsfield Road Distillers’ Barossa adaptation of the classic ‘London Dry’ style gin, brings notes of juniper, citrus, pink peppercorns & lavender to create a gin that is bright, complex and overall delicious.
