Northern Gem is an Australian take of the classic London dry gin. Made from a blend of 14 native botanicals, including mango leaf, Daintree vanilla, and Nerada tea from the Atherton Tablelands, this gin embodies the spirit of Far North Queensland.

Tasting notes – A hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Vanilla, mango leaf and then a hint of tea tannin topped off by a peppery after note.
