This “Edition Yamazakura” is based on “Edition No.1” from the Amahagan distillery, which is an exquisite blend of malt from Nagahama Distillery based on overseas malt whiskey, and was post-matured with “Yamazakura” native to Japan. This “Edition Yamazakura” is characterized by a pleasant aroma reminiscent of incense wood wearing “Japanese” and a gentle aftertaste.

While retaining the malty sweetness of Nagahama malt, it has a sweet and gentle beautiful aroma with products derived from mountain cherry blossoms. A “Japanese” flavor reminiscent of sakura mochi and plum. The gentle orange peel and black nectar unique to the Amahagan series, and the gorgeous and elegant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. After that, there is a pleasant astringency like tea leafy.
