Apocalypto Anejo is finely aged for 12 months. Resulting in a long, complex and incredibly smooth finish.
The extended resting time gives way to beautiful oaky characteristics paired with delicious flavors.

Nose – Hints of agave, oak, honey maple, stewed yam, flowers, sweet spice, vanilla, bran and caramel.

Palate – Nice citrus entry with agave, rich oak, vanilla and very ripe fruit. A big mouth-feel of distinctively rich complex flavor captivates the perfect blend of agave, sweetness and spice, and the essence of oak focused with a nit of tea and cocoa.

Finish – Structured and articulate, moving from rounds of rich flavors of caramel, spice and oak to light fruity and fresh flavors with a lovely aftertaste.
