A fiery, well aged cask strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Jim Beam. This juice forms part of their range of super-premium small batch bottlings, and is made to a special recipe developed by Jim Beams grand nephew, Baker Beam. Aged for no less than seven years in new American oak barrels, this is a complex, full bodied offering.

Nose -Lots of freshly cut red apple with dark honey, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and bright white oak. With time, the classic toasted nut aroma that typifies Beam emerges.

Palate -Peanut butter on burnt toast takes hold immediately, followed by a rich, sweet vanilla, and layers of charred oak, rye, and caramelised orchard fruits.

Finish -Very long, with lasting cinnamon, black liquorice, corn sweetness and charred oak. A seriously impressive Bourbon.
