The Bivouac is a “high malted barley” straight bourbon distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky – the world capital of Bourbon. This whiskey is a blend of two bourbons, 95% of the blend is distilled from mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley, aged a minimum of 3 years. The remaining 5% is distilled from a high malted barley mash 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley, aged for at least 5 years, for added complexity.

Nose – Barley, fresh-cut, cinnamon, cherry, and vanilla.

Palate – Maple pecan and peanut forward bourbon with delicate notes of citrus, stone fruit, and honey, all held together by malted barley.
