-Handmade in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca
-Double distillation in copper still with rectifier plate

Nose – At the beginning wood ashes with nuances citrus, herbaceous, and river stones, which soon give way to aromas of roast meat. Long and lingering light smoked . At the end it leaves a hint of ginger and tangerine peel.

Palate -Medium body, with sweet attributes. Flavors of coffee with caramel, and a fruity finish with hints of white grapes, orange, ripe pineapple and quince.
