Crafted by the pioneers at LARK Distilling, Kurio Crimson Jam is a blended malt finished in Tasmanian Cherry and sparkling wine-seasoned casks.

Nose – A vibrant burst of jammy red fruits and honeyed apricot, layered with hints of nutmeg, toasted oak, and a whisper of apple-wood smoke. The sparkling wine cask influence brings a subtle effervescence, adding intrigue to the aroma.

Palate – Rich and full-flavoured, with indulgent waves of Black Forest cake, caramelized figs, and velvety dark chocolate. A lively interplay of sweet cherry and baking spice unfolds, balanced by the smooth, smoky depth of Tasmanian oak.

Finish – Long and luscious, a medley of cherry jam, silky custard, and velvety mocha lingers, leaving a warm, spiced embrace with the perfect touch of Tasmanian earthiness.
