Located at the most westerly edge of the Barossa Valley, Lienert Vineyards is a partnership between brothers John and James Lienert. Established in 1998, the vineyards are planted in distinctive rich red loam over limestone soils and enjoy uninterrupted exposure to the warm Barossa sun.

Tasting notes – With aromas of all spice, rhubarb, pomegranate, milko bars, redskins, thyme, black tea, apple skin, clove, petrichor, sage, tar, lemongrass, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, santa rosa plum. On the palate fresh acid, spice, plum and cherry, coffee, raspberry, rosemary, thyme, fine tannin, and a lovely savoury edge. All the typical malbec characters.
