About this mezcal:

– 12 years old Agave Cenizo (durangensis)
– From Durango, Mexico
– Double distilled in copper pots

Botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, coriander seed, orange peel, nutmeg, chile ancho, hibiscus, lemon grass and avocado leaves are added during the second distillation. The result is a mezcal infused with gin aromatics.

Nose – Cardamom, Orange peel, Juniper, lemongrass, fresh pine and ripe lemons with a waft of ancho chilli and hibiscus.

Palate – Sweet agave, citrus and herbal notes evolve in the mouth and develops into hibiscus flower, cardamom and fresh lemon notes.
