Tasting notes – Mineral on the nose with a profusion of black fruit and slightly spicy notes. Full, fleshy, almost an emulsion of crunchy tannins on the palate. It marks a level of finesse under a solid frame

Serving suggestion – Serve chilled at approximately 16C. Pair very nicely with beef and aged cheese.
