Made from grapes grown in the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions. Matured in new and seasoned American oak hogsheads.

Nose – The wine has an intoxicating explosion of ripe black plum, blackberry and raspberry fruit along with hints of vanilla bean and clove spice.

Palate – This is a magnificently luscious, full-bodied wine with layers of flavour. Dazzling ripe fruit flavours of cherries and plum along with confectionary red currant characters combine artfully attractive oak characters of roasted coffee beans and spice. Overall, the wine is well balanced with superb form and shape, the well-integrated oak tannins providing the palate with firm structure and delicious, persistent length.
