The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes Distillery Master Blenders’ maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flavour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky’s flavour-elevation.

The One Sherry Cask Finished is a premium whisky that is deep, rich, and intense. Unlike traditional whisky, this particular brand is matured in European oak Oloroso and PX casks. The open grain of the Spanish oak allows the whisky to penetrate deeper into the wood, creating a beautiful and natural color, while drawing out rich and intense flavors.

Nose – Medjool dates, sultanas and polished wood.

Palate – Dark chocolate, sun-dried dates and woodspice with a whiff of smoke.

Finish – Rich, warming and lingering finish.
