White Possum Kina is a bittersweet wine based liqueur designed to be served chilled as an aperitif or mixed in a number of classic cocktails.

Made from locally sourced ingredients such as the small batch Sauvignon Blanc made in an independent winery in Mount Macedon, Victoria. Together with a sugar cane and distilled wine, the spirit is infused with fresh orange peels, cinnamon, myrtle, strawberry gum and other herbs.

Made from all natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Nose – Soft fruity white wine profile sings loud and clear. Overtones of citrus and strawberries dance alongside.

Palate – Wave of fruitiness that swirls around with a touch of sweetness. Some tingling on the tongue helps you realise this is a little bit stronger than a typical wine.

Finish – Starts with a gentle mellowing out of that sweetness from the palate then transitions into a long and bitter finish.
