Details

Nose – Pristine berry fruits dominate the nose. Initially, the reds fruits are apparent – cranberries and redcurrants but then there is darker fruit more blackcurrant.

Palate – A classic medium-bodied Shiraz palate. Crunchy dark berries with black pepper and some sweeter cinnamon notes. The 2019 has a lovely texture – fine tannin with lively acidity.

Food Pairing – Tofu, Coconut and vegetable laksa.
