Nose – Concentrated mulberry and blackberry with hints of flinty shale and distilled blood orange.

Palate – Co-fermentation creates a rich and textured style. The long time on skins takes the fruit into savoury and complex territory. Dark brambly fruits are layered with wet tobacco aniseed and peppery spice. Velvety tannin creates depth and is defined by crisp acidity and beautiful line, leaving the palate full and long with a smoky gravelly finish.
